Overview
You've probably already had a Tajine or a Couscous, and you most likely loved it and wondered how it's made, well this is your chance to get involved in the process. Chef Tarik will assist you to learn/collect ingredients, explain the different methods and possible combinations and aromas, and you will finally cook the meal yourself. Share the workshop with others and immerse yourself in this wonderful experience.
